The firm EcoLand is a project of agro-éducation to promote the employabilité of youth by the accès à training spéspecific à from agriculture. The firm has démarré activités in January 2015 in the form expérimentale with the ambition to produce and market locally for meat, fruit, and légumes as well as the diversificationés, costs and transformés. The objective is twofold: to Provide consumers with a guarantee of tra&case;abilité and a guarantee of qualité - Offer young people training articulées around the 3 major axes méthird parties : Agro-food, DéSustainable development and the Numéamerica. It is là put the efficiencyé éeconomic in the service of the vocational training of young people.

The firm EcoLand is going to &stop;tre créée in a context favourable to agriculture at the Sénégal, a sector which is considéré as the spearhead éeconomic of the country. As among other factors, déclencheurs, the risks of santé public in relation to the production and marketing of meat, losses post réharvesting suffered by farmers and the rate of ch&being limited to the mage élevé among young people under the age of 25 years have convinced me of créer this farm à vocation éeconomic and éducative. The goal is not simply to cultivate the earth, or d'éraising of animals, but especially to offer young people a platform for engagement in order to créer their own business or intéto integrate into the marketé employment.  

Passionateé de l'éducation for the past 20 years, I have workedé in the social qualité head of department éeducational. My métier is to put in place arrangements éeducational which enable young people without a qualification of décover their véritables potentialités to build their professional project and to complete fully in the social life through work. It still is to this mission that I try to bring a réponse innovative à through the farm EcoLand. I have décidé arr&stop, ter to work to train me to devote myself entièsurely to this project. Dipl&taxes;mé of the Patent Professional Responsible for operating Agricultural, I'm a lancé in the design of the business model.  It is this double compécompetence in Education and Agriculture that I call my greeting à a change of view on the young people not seeing them more as "social objects" but in the considérant as actors éeconomic.
